About me

I also drive the association’s political strategy and programs and lead the team managing CTA’s political assets, the CTA Innovation Townhouse, and CTA’s political action committee, CTAPAC. Created CTA’s Industry Affairs portfolio at the intersection of technology and the workforce. Lead U.S. Jobs initiative focused on preparing tech sector employers and employees on the future of work, advancing apprenticeships within the industry, and driving women and diversity efforts. Manage CTA’s $10 million fund investing in women and diverse-led venture funds and managers. Responsible for annual $13 million budget.
With over 25 years of experience in government and external affairs, I have a proven track record of advancing policy goals and corporate social responsibility (CSR) values through effective stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and public speaking. I have successfully led campaigns to enact legislation on accessibility, trade, immigration, and patents and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech sector. I am passionate about showcasing the positive impact of technology on society and the economy, and empowering the next generation of tech leaders. I am also a proud board member of GlobalWIN, a bipartisan network of women leaders in innovation.
