About me
Susan is Co-founder and CEO of H2O Connected, LLC, a company whose multi-patented product line helps nearly everyone with a toilet save water and save money.
In 2006, Susan co-founded nth Solutions LLC, a vertically integrated product development, business incubation, and manufacturing company that advances innovation from concept to commercialization with “Made in America” products that save lives, save money, and preserve natural resources. An early Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) enthusiast, she is part of a team that renovated and expanded a vacant historic Lukens Steel office building located in Coatesville – the first QOZ real estate project in Chester County, PA. Now known as the nth Innovation Center, this project serves as nth Solutions’ and H2O Connected’s new headquarters and supports the growing entrepreneurship, STEM education, and community development initiatives in the City of Coatesville.
A graduate of Wheaton College, Susan spent over 25 years in wealth management and corporate finance. Susan provided daily business reports for KYW NewsRadio 1060 for over a decade. She was recognized as the 2010 Female Business Leader of the Year by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and a 2021 Vista Leadership Megastar. Now a published author, Susan wrote a chapter in the book, “Secrets of Successful Women Inventors”, in which she describes the vertically integrated process of taking an innovative solution from concept to commercialization.
Susan is President of the Chester County Library Trust, Vice Chair of the Chester County Industrial Development Authority, and Board Member of the Ideas & Innovation Network, an emerging business mentorship and funding subsidiary of the Chester County Economic Development Council. She resides in Coatesville.
