About me
Paul is a seasoned technology leader and AI innovator with over 10 years of experience in Silicon Valley. Wearing multiple hats in Product, Engineering and Leadership roles, he has been fortunate to work as early employee at Unicorn mobile gaming startup Storm8, a leader in the 2010s gaming industry, early engineer at Adtech juggernaut Rocket Fuel (later acquired by Sizemek), later founding and exiting his own successful startup (acquired by GREE International).
His journey as taken him to Europe, Japan and all over China giving talks in the startup circuit, finally ending up in D.C. where he joined Techstars in 2021 and later sparked his passion for AI, co-founding an A.I. startup.
Recently, Paul has been diving deeper into Artificial Intelligence, particularly state of the art Retrieval Augmented Generation and building chatbots with long-term memory. He's making waves as a champion for open-source thought leadership in AI, contributing to projects like LiteLLM and gaining over 4K stars on GitHub for his chatbot-specific work. His contributions have garnered recognition in the AI industry, earning Twitter followers such as Google AI researcher Thorn Wolfe, NouResearch founder Teknium, and James Hawkins, the co-founder of Posthog.
Paul’s personal open-source projects in A.I. and cyber security has earned him thousands of stars on Github and top 3 trending on Hacker News. As a technical leader, his passion is designing AI technology stacks and pushing the boundaries making tomorrow possible today.
