About me
Pam Nieto is a multicultural and bilingual (English and Spanish) innovative communications specialist with 16+ years of experience in multicultural marketing, communications, and placemaking. Throughout her career she has worked with local and federal government, nonprofits, membership associations, and small businesses.
Her previous roles include working at the DowntownDC Business Improvement District (BID) as Director of Marketing and Communications where she strategized and implemented events to stimulate economic growth, attract investment, and foster a vibrant and inclusive community.
As an Account Supervisor at Hager Sharp, she created and implemented integrated marketing and communications campaigns for government agencies and nonprofits that build measurable brand awareness and position organizations as thought leaders for social impact.
As the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC), she managed and promoted over 50 events a year to engage the DMV Hispanic business community.
She also serves as Board Secretary for the Latino Executive Network, is a Board Member of the Latino Student Fund, and is a Leadership Greater Washington 2025 alumn. Pam is a proud DC resident and mom of one.
