About me
Adeola Ajani accepted a role at one of the most prestigious institutions in the world. However, this “dream job” turned into a nightmare because she was paid forty percent less than the market and her male counterparts. Instead of letting that experience define her career, she decided to redefine what success, impact, and equity are to herself and her community.
Adeola made the top of the list as 2024 SXSW Future of the work pitch alumna, Nasdaq milestone maker, and Baltimore Gamechanger. She is the Chief Executive Officer at Fem Equity, a leading future of the workplace tech organization that provides tools for financial education and professional development to women and underrepresented individuals for them to thrive in tangible ways in society and disrupt the multibillion-dollar gender pay gap. Her personal and authentic understanding of being a black career woman wanting to achieve pay equity, understanding that pain intimately, and being a thought leader in the future of the workplace makes her an expert in this space. Leveraging her professional experience, financial background, and demonstrated commitment to the global eradication of racial and gender inequities led the Fem Equity organization to be handpicked for several highly selective programs. Fem Equity is on its way to passing the million-dollar threshold for impact and scale thousands of professionals' salaries and career trajectory.
