Understanding the flow of money in and out of your business is paramount to business success. However, this issue is often misunderstood or put on the "back burner" by startup founders. In this session, we will provide attendees with a template model (in MS Excel) that includes revenue, cost (COGS and Fixed), operating income, cash flow, and break-even analysis for 5 years (first 3 years are month-by-month). We will also introduce a simple CAP Table in the model. Sample practice numbers will be provided for discussion! You get to keep and use the model!
