A good user experience is critical to product success in today’s competitive market. Our workshop will walk SaaS product founders and teams through a mini UX audit exercise to identify product opportunities based on our SaaS UX best practices checklist, then conduct a rapid impact vs effort matrix analysis of the opportunities to produce a prioritized backlog of ideas. Attendees will receive templates and checklists to support the activity and to take with them to use in future product discovery work. Beyond Code: Crafting Effective Discussions to Further Technical Decision-Making
Tuesday October 22, 2024 4:30pm - 5:15pm EDT
Let's face it: we've all been to one... that offsite, training, or gathering that you couldn't quite get into. Or maybe there was just one highlight, but the rest was a bit of a letdown. This happens because these experiences simply need to be designed and constructed differently! In this interactive session, you'll get a chance to design your dream gathering, connect it to concrete goals and outcomes, and learn about some innovative approaches to rethink the usual. This is a chance for everyone at any level to put on their planning hats and get some tips about how to put your plan into action to use with your team, board, or any group of individuals.

This session will be a mix of creative and interactive materials being used to represent and build these experiences, small group discussions and brainstorms, and specific peer question asking and tip-sharing to create camaraderie in the room.
